Privacy policy
Effective September 17, 2026
Purpose and scope
Homie Personal Google is an owner-operated, single-user personal assistant integration. Only its owner uses it with the owner's Google account. This policy explains the integration's use of Google data and this public information website. There is no public registration.
Google data and permissions
The integration requests access only for its user-facing personal assistant functions. Depending on the permissions granted and the owner's request, it can access Gmail messages, headers, attachments, labels, and drafts; Google Calendar calendars and events; and Google Drive file metadata and contents.
Gmail access supports reading and organizing messages, managing labels, preparing drafts, and sending email. The owner's explicit approval is required before sending or deleting email. Calendar and Drive access is read-only: the integration does not create, edit, or delete their events or files.
Use and sharing
Google data is used to fulfill the owner's requests, such as summarizing an email, preparing a reply, answering a schedule question, or finding information in a file. Selected content and relevant context may be sent to the configured AI providers for that request. Approved email sending also transmits the message to its intended recipients through Google.
The integration does not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. It does not share Google data for unrelated purposes.
Google API policy commitment
Homie Personal Google's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access, use, and transfer are limited to providing or improving appropriate user-facing features requested by the owner and other uses expressly permitted by that policy. This integration does not use Google user data for general AI model training.
Storage and security
OAuth authorization tokens are encrypted at rest on the owner-controlled HP computer. This encryption is not isolation from the same operating-system user or root, who can access the stored credentials and decryption material. Google data may also appear in assistant conversations, task outputs, or operational records on owner-controlled systems.
Selected data may be processed outside the HP computer by configured AI providers. Their processing and retention are subject to their applicable terms and configuration; this policy does not promise local-only processing, zero retention, or a blanket provider no-training guarantee. The integration's own use remains subject to the Limited Use commitment above.
Retention and deletion
Authorization tokens are retained while the connection is maintained. Conversation history, generated outputs, and operational records may persist until the owner deletes them under the relevant system's retention controls. There is no guaranteed automatic deletion period stated here. The owner can disconnect the integration and remove its locally stored credentials and records; revoking Google access alone does not erase previously stored copies or provider-held records.
Control and revocation
The owner can review or revoke access at any time through Google Account third-party connections. Revocation stops future authorized access after Google invalidates the credentials. The owner manages local data removal directly on the owner-controlled systems and any applicable AI-provider controls.
This public website
This is a static information site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no forms, account sign-in, analytics, or tracking scripts, and does not collect Google tokens or Google account content. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection metadata, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website under its own policies.
Policy changes
Changes to the integration's data practices will be reflected on this page. The effective date above identifies this version. This owner-only integration does not provide a public support or account-management service.
